I had a very mixed experience at this resort spa. The beautiful grounds and tranquil ambiance are certainly appealing, making it feel like a hidden gem. However, I had some issues with the room's temperature which was quite uncomfortable during my stay due to the lack of effective air conditioning. While the service was welcoming, it felt a bit overwhelmed, and I didn’t receive the follow-up I expected. Overall, the value for money is decent, but improvements in comfort and follow-through on promised services are needed.
